Made-to-Order Policy
All Fourfour garments are made-to-order, including items listed as instant shipping. This means each piece is produced individually for each customer after an order is placed.
Because of this:

We do not offer refunds for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once production has begun.
This policy complies with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exempt custom-made and made-to-order goods from standard 14-day return and cancellation rights.
We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, size guides, and order details carefully before placing an order.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges subject to stock availability.
Please note:

Customers are responsible for both return shipping costs and reshipping costs for exchanged items.

Exchanges must be requested within the timeframe (48 hours).

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
This policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. In such cases, we will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or resolution where appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and production has begun, we cannot cancel or amend the order due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
