Delivery Information
FourXFour offers two delivery categories: Instant Shipping Items and Pre-Order Items.
Please note: Both categories are made-to-order and therefore are not eligible for returns or refunds.

 


Instant Shipping Items (Made to Order – Faster Dispatch)
Instant Shipping items are made-to-order garments that are already in active batch production. This allows us to dispatch them much faster compared to standard pre-orders.
  • Dispatch Time: Ships within 1–3 working days
  • Delivery Time: Varies based on destination & courier
  • Tracking details will be provided once dispatched.
These items are still produced individually for you — but are prioritised and therefore ship sooner.

 


Pre-Order Items (Made to Order – Standard Production Timeline)
Pre-order garments begin production after your order is placed.
  • Production Time: Up to 6 weeks
  • Shipping Time: Typically 1–2 weeks depending on location
  • Estimated Delivery: Up to 8 weeks total from purchase date
Timelines are estimates and may vary due to demand, material availability, courier delays, customs, or external circumstances.
Tracking will be provided upon dispatch.

 


Shipping Fees & Responsibilities
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your region.
Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT or border fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Ownership and risk transfer to the buyer once handed to the courier. FourXFour is not responsible for courier delays, customs delays, or loss after dispatch.
