All FourXFour pieces are made to order, and each garment is crafted individually after an order is placed.

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colours, textures, and materials may appear differently depending on your device settings.

We do not guarantee that any product will meet your expectations or exactly match the appearance shown online. Product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at our discretion.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only once payment has been successfully processed and confirmed by us.

As all FourXFour garments are made to order, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun, except where the item is faulty or not as described, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or supply issues. In such cases, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

You represent that your purchases are for personal use only and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice. The price charged for your order will be the price in effect at the time of purchase, as shown in your order confirmation email.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include taxes, customs duties, or shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All FourXFour garments are made to order, meaning production begins only after your order has been placed.

  • Production Time: up to 6 weeks

  • Shipping Time: typically 1–2 weeks, depending on destination and courier service

  • Estimated Delivery: approximately 8 weeks from the date of order

Please note that while we aim to deliver all orders within this estimated 8-week timeframe, this is an approximate guide and not a guaranteed delivery period. Delays may occur due to high demand, material availability, customs processes, or courier delays that are beyond our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.

Delivery times are estimates only, and FourXFour cannot be held liable for delays once an order has been handed to the courier. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon shipment.
